LASER CUT PRECISION
Mesan does not rely on manual hand brakes and drilling in order to form and cut panels. Everything is laser cut which ensures high levels of precision as well as quality edges. When constructing a tower out of galvanized steel, Mesan laser cuts the raw steel and then galvanizes the panels to ensure complete, uniform galvanization which prevents rust from forming.
Mesan products are manufactured in an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified cooling tower manufacturing plant. These certifications ensure that that their products arrive defect free to the jobsite and are manufactured in an environmentally responsible way. In order to backup their quality claims, Mesan offers a 5 year parts warranty as standard on all towers.
Mesan cooling towers are leading the charge in cooling tower efficiency. Their products are up to 40% more efficient than competition due to their highly engineered fans, nozzle-less water distribution and layered fill design. Mesan products are all CTI certified to meet or exceed ASHRAE 90.1 minimum efficiency levels.

MODULAR OR SITE ASSEMBLED
Mesan towers ship as either modular or completely broken down for field assembly. Field assembly is ideal for walk-up installations in order to avoid high rigging costs. Highmark's service personnel are cooling tower experts and are capable to assembling any size tower.
Mesan cooling towers are designed to be efficient, which means they require less airflow. Less airflow typically means less noise. Mesan's standard fan design is very low noise airfoil style blade, which maximizes airflow while minimizing noise. In many cases, Mesan's standard fan will exceed the capabilities of other manufacturer's "low noise" options. In the extreme cases, Mesan can offer SILENTCHOICE low noise fans in order to provide industry leading sound performance.
HURRICANE RESISTANT TOWERS
Mesan's FBC compliant cross-flow induced draft tower offers an unequaled wind-load rating of 150 psf, which almost double the wind load rating of any products available in the NYC marketplace. This tower is competitively priced, so there is no reason to take chances with weaker towers when designing a project in a hurricane prone area.
Featuring a top mounted motor and drive assembly, the Mesan design is easier to service and maintain than any other counterflow design on the market. Mesan's counterflow arrangement cooling tower utilizes galvanized or stainless steel spray headers (a requirement by NYC code) to evenly distribute condenser water over the fill. Due to the manner in which the fill is laid in the tower, Mesan counterflow towers are ideal for applications which require non-combustible fill.
The MXR-KM is Mesan's flagship crossflow cooling tower. It is the only cooling tower in the market that is available in doublewall fiberglass, which drastically reduces the opportunity for corrosion. The MXR-KM is also available in various steel options. Featuring a top mounted motor and drive arrangement as well as gravity fed water distribution and internal walkways, the MXR-KM is incredibly easy to service.
LOW HEIGHT CROSSFLOW (MXL)
The MXL is Mesan's low height crossflow design. This product moves the motor and drive assembly to the inside of the tower to reduce height. The MXL is also available with an optional wind loading rating of 150 psf, which exceeds all other towers available in North America and is the only tower certified to meet the Miami-Dade hurricane ratings.
